Enjoy an exhilarating 55 minute ride to the dreamy Exuma Cays some 38 nautical miles away from Nassau on board one of Powerboat Adventures' three custom built 1000hp offshore powerboats.

Your thrilling ride through crystal clear Bahamian waters takes you to your first stop on Allan's Cay, where you will be able to view and feed the protected Allan's Cay Rock Iguana. Next you will zipped away on Powerboat Adventures' Trademark Miami Vice runaround a few of the cays to your base at Ship Channel Cay.

The waters surrounding Ship Channel Cay provide you with an excellent opportunity to drift snorkel just a few meters from the shoreline, where you can view a myriad of coral and tiny, dazzling fish feeding in this untouched and vibrant reef.

Don't worry if you have never snorkeled before, Powerboat Adventures provides you with fins, masks, snorkels and a lesson or two.

All of this excitement is sure to leave you hungry and thirsty, not to worry, your on island chef has prepared you a delicious lunch of freshly filleted Nassau grouper or steak, along with fruit platters, cheese platters, fresh salads, baked potatoes, french bread, and other snacks. You will certainly need a drink or two to wash it all down with. Powerboat Adventures includes an open bar featuring beer, wine, sodas and various alcoholic/non alcoholic beverages.

Don't just think you and the crew of Powerboat Adventures are the only ones who get hungry around lunch time.

Meet the stringrays...a friendly bunch of graceful creatures patiently waiting to enjoy a few morsels of food from your table. Watch carefully as the guide shows you the correct way to feed and interact with your new neighbors.

These are not the only ocean dwelling neighbors waiting for a free lunch. Beware...as lunch time can also mean the arrival of the sharks! Please leave the feeding of the sharks to the "expendable" guide.

Prefer something a little less exciting? How about a refreshing swim in the clear gorgeous waters around Ship Channel Cay or just lounging on the beach with a cool drink.

Not enough? Take part on the guided tour of Ship Channel Cay. Learn a little about bush medicine and the flora of this remote island. A few more surprises are likely along the way. Good mobility is asset when exploring the island.

Sadly, the time will soon come to head back to the busy bustle of Nassau.
